Welcome to Basilius Academie! A home for those gifted characters of yours. We are an animanga RPG set in a fictional town, Mercer, near Rugby, North Dakota. You should probably know, we are a site where you'll create individual accounts for each of your characters.
The idea behind our site is that a Dutch man, Basil, once sought a safe haven for himself and his pyro grandson. He planted the idea of a gifted school that was later created in his honor, then rebuilt when the Dutch and American governments resettled the gifted population to Mercer, North Dakota in 1889.
Now, Mercer is a mandatory, government controlled town where the gifted population is closely monitored.

DENVER created this site. DOROTHIA was behind the beautiful skin used. LEIF is responsible for the spinning mini profile. Most images used by DENVER and others on the site are from zerochan, though some may come from google, deviantart, and other sources. All writing can be credited to the respective RPers.
The laboratories are set up for the occupants of the Keller Institute. There are three identical labs within the building. One, dubbed the "Keller Lab" is locked with a pass code panel and used primarily by Administration or with their permission.
The Records Reserve is a cramped room containing hard copy files as well as a single laptop tucked away in a file cabinet. These records are about scientists, their experiments, and test subjects primarily.
The Keller Institute is home to the city's scientists. It's a remote area with more rumors regarding it's history and occupants than square footage of the building itself. They do house test subjects there indefinitely as well.
