Welcome to Basilius Academie! A home for those gifted characters of yours. We are an animanga RPG set in a fictional town, Mercer, near Rugby, North Dakota. You should probably know, we are a site where you'll create individual accounts for each of your characters.
The idea behind our site is that a Dutch man, Basil, once sought a safe haven for himself and his pyro grandson. He planted the idea of a gifted school that was later created in his honor, then rebuilt when the Dutch and American governments resettled the gifted population to Mercer, North Dakota in 1889.
Now, Mercer is a mandatory, government controlled town where the gifted population is closely monitored.

Most images used by DENVER and others on the site are from zerochan, though some may come from google, deviantart, and other sources. All writing can be credited to the respective RPers.
Study rooms are small windowless rooms where students go when their dorms are too loud. Five of the seven rooms would allow three nearly-touching occupants, maximum. The final two are more spacious, but contain a rather large keyboard piano. With the piano and bench, the room would hold four standing people shoulder to shoulder, and four sitting occupants at once.
The library is available for students, but the material in the library is monitored by the government. They decide what can and cannot line the shelves and they are sent records of what students check out from the library. As such, the library is relatively small with primarily course relevant books and novels.
