Susceptible to flooding, this area of the school is open to anyone who wants to wander through but it is often damp and unpleasant. Laetan dorms were built in when they began arriving. They have the largest rooms of all the dorms, but their rooms reach the coldest temperatures and without their lights, their room get the darkest.

The first floor is where you'll find most professors' offices. The infirmary is also placed here so that the injured can avoid being carted up stairs. And to encourage professors to supervise students, the recreation room is on the first floor as are the Acies' student dorms.

On the second floor are Metorian student dorms and the majority of the academy classrooms.

The third floor is home to the Deleo student body, the study rooms, and the library.

The 'Merchant Lane' is the shopping district where citizens go to set up shop. Nearby there's also a warehouse.

The Keller Institute is home to the city's scientists. It's a remote area with more rumors regarding it's history and occupants than square footage of the building itself. They do house test subjects there indefinitely as well.
